ALLIES OFFICIAL CHALLENGE, GAME & REWARD RULES

 These Official Challenge, Game & Reward Rules apply to ALLIES games, challenges, points, rankings, rewards, and related member activities unless a specific activity announcement provides different or additional rules.

· By participating in any ALLIES game, challenge, points activity, or reward opportunity, you agree to these rules, the ALLIES Terms & Conditions, and any activity-specific instructions provided by ALLIES.

1. Voluntary Participation

· Participation in ALLIES games, challenges, points activities, rankings, and reward opportunities is completely voluntary.

· Members are not required to participate in any game, challenge, points system, ranking system, reward opportunity, or referral program in order to remain members of ALLIES.

· Membership does not guarantee that a member will earn points, win rewards, receive prizes, make connections, gain opportunities, or achieve any specific outcome.

2. Skill-Based and Participation-Based Activities

· ALLIES games and challenges are designed to be skill-based and/or participation-based.

· Points may be awarded based on objective criteria such as timely completion, correct completion, valid submission, participation, accuracy, order of submission, or other clearly stated requirements.

· ALLIES does not use random drawings to determine challenge winners unless specifically stated in separate official rules.

3. Activity Announcements

Each game, challenge, or points activity may include its own specific rules, including:

• How to participate 
• Start and end times 
• Eligibility requirements 
• Required submissions 
• Point values 
• How winners are determined 
• Tie-breakers      
• Reward amounts or reward ranges 
• Any limits, restrictions, or deadlines 

If an activity announcement conflicts with these general rules, the activity-specific announcement will control for that specific activity.

4. Points

· Members may earn points by participating in eligible ALLIES activities announced by ALLIES.

· Point values, qualifying activities, submission requirements, deadlines, limits, and eligibility criteria may vary by activity and will be provided in the applicable announcement, points update, official rules, or member communication.

· Points have no cash value by themselves, are not property, are not transferable, and do not guarantee any reward, prize, payment, status, benefit, connection, or outcome.

· ALLIES may update, modify, reset, pause, or discontinue the points system at any time.

5. Rankings

· ALLIES may use rankings to recognize member activity, participation, or achievement.

· A member’s rank may be based on accumulated points, participation history, challenge performance, or other criteria disclosed by ALLIES.

· Ranks are for community recognition and reward-eligibility purposes only. A rank does not create employment, contractor, agency, partnership, ownership, or representative status with ALLIES.

· ALLIES may modify, rename, reset, or discontinue any ranking system at any time.

6. Challenge Rewards

· Members with the highest eligible point totals or highest eligible performance in a specific challenge may qualify for challenge rewards, subject to these rules and any activity-specific requirements.

· Challenge rewards may vary based on the applicable challenge, member rank, eligibility criteria, reward schedule, or other rules disclosed by ALLIES.

· Reward amounts, if any, will be disclosed through the applicable activity announcement, reward schedule, points update, or official member communication.

· Rewards are not guaranteed. A member must satisfy all eligibility, participation, submission, verification, and compliance requirements before receiving any reward.

7. Game Rewards and Challenge Rewards

· ALLIES may offer rewards for individual games, monthly challenges, participation-based activities, or other member activities.

· Rewards may be paid by Zelle, check, gift card, credit, merchandise, or another method determined by ALLIES.

· ALLIES may require a member to provide accurate payment information, identity information, tax information, or other reasonable information before issuing a reward.

· Failure to provide required information may result in delay, forfeiture, or inability to receive a reward.

8. Winner Determination

Winners are determined according to the rules stated for each game, challenge, or activity.

Depending on the activity, winners may be determined by objective criteria such as:

• Highest eligible point total 
• Fastest valid submission 
• Earliest valid timestamp 
• Correct completion 
• Completion of all required steps 
• Participation within the stated window 
• Other clearly stated criteria 

ALLIES reserves the right to review submissions, verify eligibility, confirm completion, resolve disputes, and apply the official rules in good faith.

9. Tie-Breakers

· Tie-breakers will be stated in the applicable activity announcement whenever possible.

· Preferred tie-breakers may include earliest valid submission, earliest timestamp, fastest completion, highest accuracy, highest member rank, or another objective method stated in advance.

· If no tie-breaker is stated, ALLIES will resolve the tie in good faith using a reasonable and objective method.

10. Valid Submissions

· To be considered valid, a submission must comply with all instructions, deadlines, format requirements, content requirements, and eligibility rules stated for the applicable activity.

· ALLIES may disqualify submissions that are late, incomplete, inaccurate, altered, fraudulent, misleading, offensive, unsafe, impossible to verify, or otherwise inconsistent with the activity rules.

· ALLIES may also disqualify submissions that appear to involve cheating, manipulation, fake accounts, unauthorized assistance, harassment, abuse, or conduct that undermines the fairness or integrity of the activity.

11. No Employment or Agency Relationship

· Winning a game, earning points, receiving a reward, ranking highly, or participating in ALLIES activities does not create any employment, contractor, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or representative relationship between the member and ALLIES.

· Members do not have authority to act on behalf of ALLIES, bind ALLIES, make promises for ALLIES, or represent themselves as employees, agents, partners, or official representatives of ALLIES.

12. Taxes

· Rewards, prizes, referral payments, and other benefits received from ALLIES may be taxable.

· Members are solely responsible for reporting and paying any federal, state, local, or other taxes associated with rewards or payments they receive.

· ALLIES does not provide tax advice. Members should consult their own tax advisor regarding their personal tax obligations.

· ALLIES may issue applicable tax forms when required by law. The IRS states that Form 1099-MISC is used to report certain prizes and awards, among other types of income. 

13. Changes to Rewards, Points, and Rules

· ALLIES may modify, suspend, or discontinue any game, challenge, reward, points system, ranking system, or related activity at any time.

· When practical, ALLIES will notify members of material changes through the website, group chat, member communications, activity announcements, or other reasonable methods.

· Changes may apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.

14. Fair Play

· Members must participate honestly and respectfully.

· Members may not cheat, manipulate results, submit false information, use fake accounts, interfere with another member’s participation, harass other members, exploit technical errors, or engage in conduct that ALLIES determines undermines the integrity of a game, challenge, or reward system.

· ALLIES may remove points, deny rewards, suspend participation, or take other appropriate action if a member violates these rules.

15. Technical Issues

· ALLIES is not responsible for technical failures, internet issues, platform outages, device errors, delayed messages, lost submissions, Discord issues, payment delays, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

· ALLIES may extend, modify, pause, cancel, or reschedule an activity if technical issues or other circumstances affect the fairness, administration, or integrity of the activity.

16. Opting Out

· Members may request to opt out of points tracking, challenges, games, rankings, or pairings by contacting ALLIES at: Assist@InvincibleAllies.com

· Opting out of one feature may affect eligibility for related features. For example, a member who opts out of points tracking may not be eligible for points-based challenge rewards.

· ALLIES may provide additional opt-out instructions through member communications or account settings.

17. Final Decisions

· ALLIES reserves the right to interpret and apply these rules in good faith, including resolving questions about eligibility, points, rankings, submissions, tie-breakers, rewards, and disputes.

· All decisions made by ALLIES regarding games, challenges, points, rankings, and rewards are final, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
